1 General Provisions

fuji9 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms ("Agreement") form a legal contract between fuji9 and each user ("you" or "Member") registered on the platform.

The original version of these terms and conditions is written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use any gaming services on fuji9. The platform's services are open only to those aged 21 and above. Valid identification may be requested at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating separate accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method for the same person or multiple members of the same household is prohibited. If fuji9 detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close them and withhold funds.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

2.4 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and all account information confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify fuji9 support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The member is responsible for any loss resulting from access to the account.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

fuji9 may request identity verification at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Responsible Gaming

fuji9 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should never be considered a source of income.

3.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

3.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set deposit limits for a specific time period. Once set, these limits take effect immediately, and a cooling-off period applies before they can be increased.

3.3 Protection of Minors

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at fuji9, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games — details will be provided in the terms of each promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
• If fuji9 suspects that an account was created solely to take advantage of bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel those bonuses.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

4.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

Promotional offers are launched from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. fuji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5 Payments & Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on fuji9 are currently available through the following methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.)

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Depositing funds through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the related wagering requirement has been met.

5.4 Transaction Security

5.5 Currency

All transactions on fuji9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Available funds (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn before closure.

10.2 Closure or Suspension at fuji9's Initiative

fuji9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Being under 21 years of age at the time of registration.

10.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, fuji9 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the associated funds. In the case of closure for legitimate reasons, valid funds will be returned.
